SUMPTUOUS DINING AT HOTEL MANALI
Please be seated at the Manali restaurant. Behind the hotel’s Savoyard chalet charm, you will discover that there are subtle oriental touches in the decor. In the dining room, the saffron-coloured tones on the walls are harmoniously juxtaposed with the white tablecloths. Look up to the ceiling and you will see a vast central fresco portraying an arabesque pattern, in traditional Asian colours.At lunchtime, you will find a range of traditional dishes on the menu, as well as some specialty dishes from the Savoy region. On the terrace, the chefs fire up the barbecue in order to offer guests a large choice of grilled meats.
In the evening, while sat snugly by the fire, you will be able to savour the dishes created by Chef Christian SALIN. He has brought his skill and expertise to the Manali, and expresses it through his refined dishes made from seasonal ingredients, which are put in the spotlight on this inventive menu.

TERRACE IN MORIOND, THE SUNNY VILLAGE
South-facing Moriond certainly deserves its name as the “sunny village”. On Hotel Manali’s vast terrace, the sun beams down until late in the evening. In Courchevel, the days are pleasantly long and allow visitors to enjoy every moment of their stay.
Two white marble elephants respectfully guard the hotel and invite visitors to take a seat at a table or on a deckchair. Opposite are the snowy mountainsides and guests can enjoy the show unfolding on the ski slopes as they relax on our terrace.

HOTEL MANALI BAR & KULLU MOUNTAIN CLUB
At the heart of the Courchevel ski resort, the bars at Hotel Manali welcome guests to two very different atmospheres.The first, situated near reception, is dominated by a curious two-sided fireplace. While the hearth is crackling, sit yourself down comfortably in an armchair or on a sofa to enjoy your favourite drink in our bar with its Indian-inspired decoration. Your evenings are sure to be warm and cosy, with the piano's gentle notes providing the background music.
On the hotel’s first floor, discover the Kullu Mountain Club. This bar’s laid-back atmosphere is reminiscent of an English gentlemen’s club, combining relaxation with leisure. After a day spent on the ski slopes, this bar is the ideal place to catch up with friends or family over a drink or in front of a sports match on the big screen.
While you are here, why not play a game of billiards, or the traditional French game of Palets? A cigar cellar, meticulously selected spirits, cocktails, grand crus and vintage Champagnes are also on hand to make your relaxation complete.
